Privacy and your learning material
How Cellcraft handles your source material, scripts, audio and private links.

Your documents
PDF, DOCX, PPTX and TXT are parsed in your browser. The original file is not uploaded by this tool. Extracted text is sent to the application server when you request a script. Paste only material you have permission to process.
Scripts, audio and access
On the hosted service, extracted text, scripts and access metadata are stored in Cloudflare D1, and audio is stored in Cloudflare KV. Episodes become inaccessible after seven days. Audio storage expires automatically; expired database records are removed during later creation requests. You can delete an episode sooner. Deleted segment caches may remain inaccessible in storage until their seven-day expiry.
Access keys for recent episodes are saved in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes shortcuts, not the underlying episode. Keep keys and private feed links confidential. Account and security records follow the account system's separate lifecycle.
AI processing
The application does not use your materials to train models. Script and speech generation send the required text to Cloudflare Workers AI; if an administrator configures Gemini, script requests may instead be sent to Google. Each provider's data terms apply. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information without authorization to use that provider. Cloudflare provides Workers AI data usage information.
Sharing and subscriptions
Sharing is off by default. A public listening link reveals the transcript and audio, while the source upload and supporting quotes are omitted. Anyone holding a private RSS link can retrieve its audio. You can revoke a share link or reset your feed. Files already downloaded by others cannot be withdrawn.
Contact and account requests
Use the support ticket area inside your account for data and account questions. The service is in early access. Payment plans are not currently sold by this product.
