Terms of service

Purpose

Cellcraft converts your own study material into editable scripts and audio for personal learning. This service is in early access. Paid plans are proposals; checkout is not enabled for the podcast product.

Source rights and accuracy

Only submit material you are authorized to process. Check AI outputs against original sources before relying on them. Generated summaries, illustrative examples and recall prompts can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a replacement for professional advice or the source itself.

Audio rights

Local system voices are provided for evaluation. This application grants no commercial rights to third-party voices or uploaded material. Commercial use requires permission under the chosen voice service's terms and rights to the source material.

Usage limits

Guests can edit scripts and synthesize one preview per episode, capped at 60 seconds. Daily and site-wide limits also apply. Signed-in accounts receive three synthesis jobs per month, each up to ten minutes. Regeneration counts as a job; requesting the identical cached rendition does not. The requested duration is a target and maximum synthesis cap, not a promise to fill that length.

Storage and sharing

Episodes expire after seven days. Download material you want to keep. Sharing is optional and makes the audio and transcript accessible to holders of the link. Local RSS links require a reachable HTTPS deployment before they can be used from other devices.

Public launch

A commercial launch requires finalized operator details, payment and cancellation terms, a production voice provider and an appropriate review of these terms. No paid subscription is currently sold by this product.
