The MP3 encoder can be replaced independently: install a compatible version
of @breezystack/lamejs providing Mp3Encoder(channels, sampleRate, kbps), then
rebuild with pnpm cf:build. The calling adapter is src/lib/podcast-mp3.ts.
This application does not restrict modification or debugging of the encoder.
